  1. Call to order-7:00pm
  2. Attendance-Tracy/Kim Stringfellow, Jason/Jaclyn Meng, Tonia Boyett, Ranette Downey, Kristi Miller, Judy Duke, Sharon Brown, Brian Daino, Craig Die, Allison Bainbridge, Shirley Vogel, Rusty Blanton
  3. Previous meetings’ minutes- on the website
  4. Treasurer’s report:   Checking: $13,441.08         Savings- $4,599.48
    1. Income- deposit for $1,795-programs, merchandise and raffle
    2. Expenditures-pending
    3. Petty Cash- $125
    4. Gift Card- $106
    5. PayPal- $108.00 on hold
  5. Old Business
    1. Merchandise- no new update.  Ranette will check with Keith on hats at sign on.
    2. Fundraising for the 2020 season-
      1. Corn Hole- drawing has been done.  One set has been donated to the Sped department at BISD. Other set has been picked up by winner.
      2. Clay Shoot- tabled until spring. Date is set for April 10th in spring. 
      3. Kick a Field Goal and win a truck- sold 1 ticket, 4 pending ticket sales.  Sean Biner is checking to see if we can take truck and sell tickets at Walmart.  Ranette will check on getting a spot at Friendship Festival. 
      4. Sign and Drive- 3 dates were given to Jeff (Sept. 5 and 12 or Oct. 24).  Jeff is waiting to hear back from Ford. 
    3. Military honor wall update- hoping to have template by the 1st or 2nd week of October.
    4. Sponsors- nothing new 
    5. Programs- All programs were sold at the first game.  The current program cover is being reformatted and printed for this week.  
    6. Volunteer review-
      1. Team breakfast- need a few more items for this week. Will update the Facebook post. 
      2. Game day- Ray and Jody Lapham and Amanda Crum
      3. Coaches lunch- Brady Duke
    7. Spike deflator- deflator is here.
    8. Sound System- Do not need it at the game this week.
    9. Golf Cart maintenance- tabled.
  6. New Business-
    1. There is a new rep. for Whataburger this year.  They would like to tour the new fieldhouse.  They will do a virtual “Oh What-a-Night” via the drive through.  Burk will have the first date in the area.  Also talking about getting another basket together for an auction.  He is also talking about catering one of the team breakfast this year.  Ranette will meet with them on dates and events.

  8. Coach Meng’s report-
    1. Watched offensive and defensive clips from HUDL of JV game against Henrietta.
    2. Reviewed clips from HUDL of Vernon’s offensive and defensive plays that we may see this week. 
    3. Tickets will be available online through Burkburnett ISD.  Link will be shared on Sports You, Facebook and Twitter. 
    4. This week’s games:
      1. 7th/8th grade vs. Iowa Park at 5pm/6:60pm on Thursday.
      2. Freshman and JV is away at Vernon at 5pm/6:45pm on Thursday.
      3. Varsity is home vs. Vernon Friday at 7pm.
  9. Next booster club meeting- Monday, Sept. 28 at 7:00pm in High school Cafeteria.
  10. Adjourn at 7:35pm.
