  4. Treasurer’s report:   Checking: $8,753.60        Savings- $4,598.91  
    1. Income-interest YTD= $0.57
    2. Expenditures- $34.99
    3. Petty Cash- $125
    4. Gift Card- $106.32
  5. Old Business
    1. Merchandise- Decision was made to order t-shirts of designs chosen, along with visors, gators and sleeves so we have on hand before the season begins.
    2. Fundraising for the 2020 season
      1. Corn Hole- Still debating location and time.  Will depend on the Covid situation. Deposit for Community Center for all day is $200 (refundable).  Dates available are July 11 and 18 and August 8 and 15.  If we decide not to hold tournament, there is an option to sell raffle tickets for corn hole boards.  Will also check on more dates for the fall.  Will table for Fall.
      2. Clay Shoot- Talked with Greg Brownfield about Perkins for Clay Shoot.  Will cost to much for the use.  Talked with Lonny at Field and Stream.  Price is $40 per person with 30 shooters.  No dates available for fall.  Will contact to check on April 10 in spring.
      3. Kick a Field Goal and win a truck- Ranette heard back on insurance which is $1021.  May make it more interesting and sell raffle tickets to draw for 3 kickers.  There are stipulations who can kick.
      4. Sign and Drive- 3 dates were given to Jeff (Sept. 5 and 12 or Oct. 24). Waiting to see which will work.  Preferably a Saturday after a home game and promote during the game the night before also. 
    3. Dog Squad- table for now.
    4. Website/Domain name- met with Matthew.  Have added forms to website.  Setting up to add minutes ourselves.  Working towards option for on-line payment for ads, sponsors, bleacher creatures, etc. on website like PayPal.
    5. Military honor wall update-Drop is in.  Have raised $1200.  Will get tv soon to put on wall.  Plan to include alumni regardless of extracurricular activity in school, not football exclusive. 
  6. New business
    1. Bleacher Creature- will need new shirts for this year.
    2. Team Breakfast- it will happen this year. Online sign up process will be used as in years past.  Will pull meal information from last years breakfast so we know what to have and how much to request.

  8. Coach’s report (Coach Meng)
    1. Summer pride- In week 3.  Will be going into our week off and dead period through July 7.    Will return on Wednesday July 8
    2. Equipment cleaning in progress after each player working out. 
    3. Will get into more specific skills and drills in the coming weeks.
    4. Workouts going well.  Attendance is variable.
    5. Football work outs will begin Aug. 3 at 630am.
  9. Next booster club meeting- Thursday, July 9th at 7:00pm with location to be determined.
