Old Business
Merchandise- hat are in (white with orange, black with white, and black with pink), t shirts are in as are the spirit towels. Sweatshirts and blankets are in the trailer and should come in handy this week.

Spike- spike crew is in place and now have matching t-shirts that look great.

Ft Sill General will be attending as honored guest and honorary captain for the coin toss. Adam Calderon will get the details to Kim to have it announced during the coin toss.
Team Dinner- sign up posted on Facebook for incidentals needed.
First Burk Church will provide food on Oct 20th at Chief’s dinner at 6pm. The large framed senior poster will be given to the restaurant in appreciation for hosting team dinner. First Burk men’s cooking team will be doing their traditional tail gate party at the game on Oct 21st
BMS 8th grade A and B will be fed Chick Fil A on Thursday night following their games at Bulldog Stadium. Allison Bainbridge will pick up the meals and assist with handing them out. We hope to have some varsity players assist with meal distribution. Estimated mealtimes are 6:15 for B team and 8:00 for A team. 7 A and B will be fed on October 25th at their next home game.
Oh What a Night event on Oct 12- good in person and online turn out. Will take a couple of weeks to determine how much was made from this event.
Coaches Lunch- Kim Stringfellow will be providing.
Locker rooms
JV- Emery’s are providing Chick Fil A and will bring to the field house at 3pm to be handed to players when they leave for their WF games.

Headsets x12 were purchased for the coaching staff. They have been working with 7-8 headsets for 12 coaches. They now have a full set which they were able to use at the Decatur game. Communication was much improved, and they are still learning all the features this technology provides them. Set was $12,400 which will be paid out over 3 years.
BMS request arm shield to use during practice. 5 arm shields were delivered with pictures posted on Facebook of them in use.

Having an off week came at a good time to allow our players and coaches time to refresh and heal. We look forward to closing out the season strong and are optimistic for reaching playoffs this year.
