We also have many volunteer opportunities. Here’s a list of some of the opportunities we have to offer:
Banquet Committee is responsible for organizing and coordinating the planning and implementation of all activities associated with the annual awards banquet.
Merchandise Committee is responsible for organizing the volunteer schedule to cover middle school, sub varsity and varsity home games, making recommendations to the members on merchandise to include reordering schedule, and maintaining inventory control of merchandise. All merchandise purchases will be approved by the Board and expenses coordinated with the treasurer.
Program Committee is responsible for acquiring sponsors for the program, organizing content and presenting to the Board for approval, meeting print deadlines, and verifying accuracy of the document prior to print. Final program approval from the head football coach is required prior to sending the document to print. This group will also organize program distribution/sales to include securing volunteers needed for such activity.
Special Event Committee is responsible for coordinating Meet the Dog Night, Meet the Pup Night, Bleacher Creatures, and any other special event or project as identified by the Board.
Senior Night Committee is responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the event and organizing volunteers needed for the event.
Game Day Committee is responsible for coordination of home game activities to include but not limited to air tank/fire extinguisher refill, Spike run through, celebration horn, pre-game music, and senior flag placement.
Sponsorship Committee is responsible for working with local businesses on sponsorship activities. This committee shall coordinate activities with the Program Committee to avoid duplicate approaches.
Coaches Meal Committee is responsible for coordination of weekend meals for the varsity coaching staff. Every effort should be made to have meals donated to preserve Club funds for more tangible purchases.
Team Dinner Committee is responsible for coordination of varsity team meals the night before game day. Every effort should be made to have meals donated to preserve Club funds for more tangible purchases.
